One year ago today, Schaeffler REPXPERT UK transformed my workspace. 💙

Womanic was already my dream, but they gave me a garage that’s not only practical, but somewhere I’m genuinely proud to work every day.

A year on, it’s still one of the best things thats ever happened to me and im SO happy Dad got to see it 🥰

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, but it’s definitely not because I’ve been sat around doing nothing. 😅

This week alone has been:
🏫 Two school visits
🔧 Work experience in the garage
📅 A fully booked diary

It’s been non-stop, and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. Sometimes I get so busy doing the job that I forget to post about it!

I’ve had Nathan with me on work experience this week and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

He got involved in everything. From servicing and brakes to filming TikToks, and we even popped over to where they showed us around and taught him all about injector testing.

He’s been polite, punctual, hardworking and keen to learn from day one. You can teach skills, but you can’t teach attitude, and he’s got a brilliant one.

A huge thank you to the team at Carwood for taking the time to show us around. Opportunities like that make such a difference.

I genuinely love doing work experience. If we want more young people in the motor trade, we need to give them a chance to experience what it’s actually like.

Best of luck, Nathan. Keep working hard and you’ll do just fine. 👏🔧

Big thanks to Francesca Weeks Draper Tools for the kit. I was that impressed with Nathan that i gave him a tool kit to get him started 🥰

(P.S - yes im a tech that does Tiktok trends - and now i encouraging everyone else to do it too 😜🤣)
