🚨Worst possible announcement 🚨

On the last day of Parliament the Labour Government tried to bury this bad news -

The vast majority of BROXTOWE will be taken over by the CITY COUNCIL.

Eastwood, Brinsley parts of Greasley (Moorgreen, Newthorpe and Giltbrook) with be spared that fate and will stay with the County. Our communities will be split!

Labour looking after Labour - a sham reorganisation from the start. This option was never discussed & breaks all the imposed criteria.

The people of Broxtowe overwhelmingly REJECTED a merger with the City - we have not been listened to!

Our MP, Juliet Campbell, stayed SILENT on the biggest issue to affect Broxtowe in 50 yrs.

We ask the Leader of the City Council, Cllr Neghat Khan - What first attracted them to the wealthiest parts of Nottinghamshire?

🎷Free Proms in the Park coming to Beeston this summer!🎻

Three hours of free live music from vintage singer Jayne Darling and Nottingham Concert Band are on offer at a Beeston park this August.

The day offers the perfect way to relax and unwind with friends and family in the fresh air with the afternoon soundtracked by some Nottinghamshire favourites – perfect for a picnic too!
