Sometimes the best learning opportunities take you to the other side of the world!
This summer, we welcomed Kat, a Technician from O'Brien® - Belron's Australian business – to our Preston branch as part of an international exchange, giving her the opportunity to experience how another Belron business operates while sharing insights from Australia.
From using our digital job management tools and carrying out recalibrations, to comparing customer service approaches, it was a fantastic opportunity to learn from one another and strengthen the collaboration that makes Belron such a special global business.
As Kat put it:
"You don't realise how big the company is until you experience something like this. You're in your own little bubble in your own country, and then you see the wider Belron family. It's been an awesome experience, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat."
