A little ford xflow build I've been doing.

P4 110 with a tired engine in for a refresh.
Mains and big ends worn. So reground crank. New bearings. Replacement camshaft and bearings as it had picked up on one journal.
One new exhaust seat. Fitted. And new inlets with a replacement valve guide.
New rings on a fresh hone. And new gaskets/seals throughout.
Complicated old engine this. This late 110 suffix b engine was same/similar to what was used in landrover series 3.
Thanks to racing engines for the machine work as always a top notch job. And Oscar's workshops in pewsey where I did the work.

recently in for some minor rust repair work.
Work carried out for Oscar's workshops in pewsey they also handled the paintwork which was top notch..

I don't update on here anywhere near enough. So here a few pics of some small panel repairs I've made throughout last year. Pics here show a rolls Royce arch/wing repair. A Ferrari 400i wheel arch top repair and a mini a panel. Just a few of many metal work repairs.

Hoping to get back to my own projects in the new year. As usual it's been so busy with other people's stuff
A lot of welding and panel beating of anything from fiat 124 spider and Jensen interceptors. To 106 GTi.
Through to k20 engine swaps. Full engine rebuilds and race car builds..
Next year there's plenty planned from more of the same with lots of jobs planned but never sure what is on the horizon. Love my work😀.

My budget cafe racer is slowly taking shape..
Small steps but after 6 years of ownership and many of those in the back garden becoming nature. It's about time it gets the devotion it deserves.
Old school proper transition bike 100hp in 1985 is admirable with 16v but air-cooled. Antidive And hydrolic tappets. It really is an oddity. But I'm hoping to bring it back a few years with a cx500 tank and some cafe racer simplicity bit tying in its square finned cylinders and 16"/18" astrastar type wheels..
I'm building what I feel is right but is usable as a daily bike whilst keeping fun in mind.. paint will be bad no expensive billit s**t just a bit of grinder and mig action.

Starting on the cheap i bought an abused 2011 xt125r.
