With only five days to visit 296 Bike and Brew and Brew cafes for bikers'
mental health, I stop-off for a brew at Swannie's Kitchen in Chester.
To show my support for this great cause I donate £10 for the passport. Better late than never. How many cafes will be in next year's book and can we visit them all?

An early start on the blood bike - I ride to meet a volunteer pilot from Civil Air Support on a runway near Wolverhampton - with a time-critical treatment destined for the Isle of Man - and then ride on to Bolton Hospital.

233 miles and 8 hours of volunteering for Shropshire • Staffordshire • Cheshire Blood Bikes

Obviously this wasn't a race, but I arrived in Bolton just a few minutes before the first package reached its final destination on the Isle of Man. 🏁😜
