It’s always satisfying to see components come out of the SafetyKleen system clean and ready for inspection and assembly.

Ultrasonic cleaning helps remove oils, residues, debris and fine swarf from component surfaces and areas that can be difficult to reach through conventional cleaning methods, without the need for aggressive mechanical cleaning.

For precision components used across medical, aerospace, automotive, pump and oil industry applications, controlling contamination is an important part of making sure parts are ready for their next stage.

A new design doesn't have to wait until production before you know if it works. Our rapid prototype machining service gives customers the opportunity to machine a component, test it and make any changes before committing to a full production run.

Once the design is approved, we can carry the same project through into production, keeping the process with one supplier and making the next stage much simpler!

Small but mighty, the XYZ Mini Mill 560 is in action this morning!
