"This September, my dad and I are cycling from London to Paris over four days to raise money for PSC Support. We started training in February, before that we were complete beginners!
"France was often where we spent our family holidays, so this felt like the perfect challenge for us to take on together.
"I live with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare liver disease with no cure. PSC Support helps patients and funds vital research.
"Any donation, however small, would mean so much. Sharing the post would also really help."
