🔧 A nice little repair we completed last week! 🔧

The customer had unfortunately smashed the bumper on a kerb, and being the Sport model, a brand-new bumper was going to cost over £1,500! 😳

Rather than replacing it, we got stuck in and repaired the damaged corner, making a new section and painting it out to blend perfectly with the existing colour. 👌

Another repair completed without the need for an expensive replacement — saving the customer a lot of money in the process! 💰

We’re happy, the customer’s happy, and that’s what matters! 😁👌

Another busy week here at LG Body Repairs, taking on everything from the small jobs to the big hits! 👊

We’ve returned 9 cars to their customers this week, including this stunning caravan that unfortunately suffered some damage to the front. It was a bit of a challenge, but it turned into a really nice little job and we’re really pleased with the result. 👌

The bosses are taking a little break this week 😎, but the workshops are open as usual, so don’t worry — we’re still here!

Just a couple of the jobs we’ve completed and sent out this week.

We saved our Audi TT customer a fortune by repairing the damaged panels instead of replacing them, proving that quality repairs can also save you money.

Usually by Friday we’re winding down for the week… but lately that just doesn’t seem to happen! 😅

Going to be a hot one today! 😳☀️

At 6:30 this morning, our oven was already reading 26°C without even being switched on!

As always, I have to think about the wellbeing of my staff and the safety of our equipment. Our alloy wheel ovens run at temperatures of around 180°C, and we have four of them running, so the workshop can get extremely hot very quickly.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on temperatures throughout the day, and if we feel it’s becoming too hot to work safely, we’ll be closing around 2:00pm.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who currently have vehicles with us, but I’m sure you’ll understand that the safety of our team has to come first.

Busy week this week at LG Body Repairs! 👌

We had the pleasure of repairing this motorcycle fairing for a new customer. The colour match was a real challenge as it’s a custom colour, but we’re pleased to say we nailed it! 🏍️🎨

We also finally completed the repair on the rear wings of the Evo after another garage had unfortunately made a real mess of the job. A lot of work went into putting it right, but the results speak for themselves.

On top of that, we’ve had a couple of sets of wheels refurbished by Absolute Alloys, looking as good as new. ✨

Busy day yesterday! 👌

Started the morning with a bit of bodywork before swapping the rubbing-down block for the recovery truck. We then had a quick collection job, moving this old Bedford camper from Blackwood to Abertillery.

The day didn’t stop there, as it turned into a late one getting some welding completed on a VW Transporter. 🔥

It’s another busy Friday today with plenty of cars to get finished and back to their owners ready for the weekend.

Back at it in the workshop today on a proper hot summer’s day ☀️

A massive thank you to everyone who’s been messaging and booking in with us lately — it’s really appreciated. We’ve had some great vehicles coming through the doors recently, including motorhomes and motorcycles 🏍️

Being bikers ourselves, we always appreciate a nice bike when it rolls into the workshop 😁
