Saab 9-3 2.3L B234 engine. A lot of work, like seen from the pictures.
In last picture there is Stock head on top of ported for comparison.
Shoul be good up to 300hp N/A.
Peak power aimed to 8500rpm with a big turbo.. will be FUN!

CNC ported Cosworth YB head with stock valves.This was sized "small" for best power at ~7000-8000rpm with 2.0L.

500cid Prostock head preparation for upcoming season, in Finland these run still with the old Carburetor rules.
Unfortunately can not publish any more detailed pictures.
Its amazing how old 2-valve tech produces more than 180hp/litre power numbers.

SBC ZZ4 heads, pocket porting for 300+hp 305cid engine.Really fast ports, should make nice TQ even with small qubic inch...

Finished today Mitshubishi EVO8.
Should be good for 8500rpm peak, had to do some welding work and seat ring replacement to repair combustion chambers due broken valves. Current engine is making 600hp@5100 RPM, so trying to extend the RPM range higher.

Ford SBF CHI 3V 225cc. Nice gains with new intake seat profile only.

Assembled with bigger valves and Rosten "11mm" springs.

CNC ported TDI VE "AHU" Cylinder head with dual springs, ovesize valves, 9.5mm camshaft. Flow came out extremely good.

Previous similar build made so nice power that I had to do another set for engine builder.
This set has exhaust seats slightly wider due to higher HP goals, so its a bit down on a flow in flowbech.
Should make excellent power though! =)
