Honda Cuby Owner Honda Cuby (Schulungs) Motor Dieser kleine Honda Motor ist ein kleiner Baustein in der Firmengeschichte von Honda.

Entwickelt um dem interessierten Mensch das 4-Takt Motoren Prinzip näher zu bringen. Eine geplante Serienproduktion die gestoppt wurde (man vermutet aus Kostengründen). Die schon produzierten Cuby`s wurden im eigenen Themenpark "Tama Tec" in einen Motoren Schulungsraum installiert, in dem der Besucher einen Cuby Motor zusammen bauen konnte.
800 Motoren wurden komplett montiert nach Amerika verschi

ckt und über Honda Amerika an die, damals 1800 Händler zum Stückpreis von 15 USD verkauft. Jeder Händler durfte max. 10 Cuby Motoren ordern. Nach Europa kamen die Motoren als Assemble at yourself Kit. Wie viele Cuby`s die Honda European Motor Trading GmbH in Hamburg bekommen hat, ist heute nicht mehr nachvollziehbar. Sie wurden nicht verkauft, sondern als Präsent an verdiente Honda Händler verteilt. Für Europa gab es dann auch Zubehör Aggregate, einen Generator mit Kontrollbox, eine Wasserpumpe, ein Getrieb an das eine biegsame Welle mit Bohrmaschine angeschlossen werden konnte und ein kleines Gebläse.

This only includes what is shown in the photos. It is missing the fuel cap, carburetor float bowl, muffler heat shield, kill switch and pull start chord. The bottom of the engine shroud is dented in and is missing the rubber stopper.
