First tuned worldwide?! 🌍🔥 The Audi RS5 B10 2.9 V6 is on our dyno right now.

🔥 The GTS 5 Black getting put through its paces, live on our dyno at the development center.

📊 Before: 639 HP / 825 Nm. After: 732 HP / 931 Nm with the GTS 5 Black.

🔧 Plug and play, no cutting, no soldering. Fully reversible, unplug it and the car is back to factory condition. 🚫 No ECU remap, the factory software stays untouched. And still +93 HP, +106 Nm more.

⏱️ 100 to 200 km/h in 7.88 seconds with the GTS 5 Black, measured with Dragy. 🚀 0.79 seconds faster than stock.

World first? We think so. 🚨

RaceChip may just be the first tuner on the planet to start developing more power for the brand new Audi RS5 Avant (B10). It arrived at our development center today in Progressivrot Metallic and it is already on the dyno.

Straight from the factory the new RS5 B10 is a serious machine: ⚡ 470 kW / 639 PS system output 🔩 825 Nm system torque 🏁 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6s 🔧 2.9L biturbo V6 plug-in hybrid (VW EA839) 🚀 Electronically limited to 250 km/h

Same 116i. Same engine. 41 more horsepower. 🏁

The BMW 116i F70 leaves the factory with 122 HP and 230 Nm. We put one on the dyno at RaceChip and it walked off with 163 HP and 292 Nm. That is +41 HP and +60 Nm, delivered through a Plug & Play RaceChip GTS 5. No engine swap, no performance module myths, fully reversible whenever you want.

We keep hearing the combustion engine is on its way out. Then BMW goes and launches the new 3 Series (G50) with petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid options, right next to their fully electric i3.

Makes sense to us. Not everyone is ready to give up their engine yet, and we're here for it. As long as it's still running, we'll keep unlocking what's left in it.

BMW X5 G65 chip tuning: X5 40 or X5 40d first?

The new G65 X5 just dropped and we have not had it on the dyno yet, but we are already planning the runs. Two inline sixes, two very different characters.
X5 40 runs the B58 petrol with 394 HP and 580 Nm, the same powertrain we know from the 740 facelift (G70 LCI). We have squeezed serious extra power out of the B58 before, so the potential here looks strong.

X5 40d brings 308 HP and 650 Nm from the B57 diesel, quite possibly one of the last of its kind. A torque monster basically built for tuning.
Our RaceChip GTS5 adds more power and torque without touching the factory hardware and stays fully reversible and we cannot wait to dial it in on the G65 once one hits our bench.
