Race Track Operator
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Race Track Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the race track, delivering an excellent customer experience, and maintaining high safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
-Monitor and oversee race track activities to ensure safe operation.
-Brief participants on safety procedures, track rules, and equipment usage.
-Start and manage race sessions according to operational procedures.
-Timing Software operation
-Monitor racers during sessions and respond quickly to incidents or emergencies.
-Assist customers with equipment fitting and general track-related inquiries.
-Perform routine inspections of track facilities and equipment.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the track area.
-Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or operational incidents to management.
-Support team members with daily operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
-Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-Team-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Previous experience in motorsports, karting, entertainment, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek
