Requirements
A bachelor degree from any related field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
Customer-centric attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Previous customer service experience.
