La temporada está en pleno apogeo, está bastante abarrotada en lugares turísticos. Quiero recordarles algunas cosas importantes para aquellos que van a Costa Rica ahora o pronto.
• Reserva con anticipación parques nacionales populares como Manuel Antonio, Tenorio (Río Celeste) Corcovado, porque hay límite diario de entradas y hay mucha gente.
•👉Pide una consulta de "asesores de viaje" que viven aquí planificando tu tour porque ahorrarás mucho estrés y tiempo.
• Ten en cuenta que cada ruta que tomes suele ser más larga en el tiempo que Google Maps o Waze show.
• Cuidado con el Waze que a veces le gusta dirigir con un "atajo" que no necesariamente es una carretera en absoluto, y que a menudo termina en un río o en un terreno intransitable.
• Planea tu tiempo de viaje con la cabeza porque no puedes conducir rápido aquí - estatutario 90 km/h más otros coches gratis difíciles de adelantar.
• No conduzcas en la oscuridad, especialmente en largas distancias
• En caso de colisión, no mover el coche ni siquiera por una pulgada porque el seguro no funciona en tal situación
• Recuerda que aquí está el terreno más montañoso o lleno de vueltas, no frenes sin parar o recalentarás los frenos. (Freno de motor)
• Deje descansar el coche en medio de una ruta difícil porque va a recalentar el motor
• Recuerda no adelantarte todo el tiempo (color amarillo aquí) a menos que estés absolutamente seguro de que puedes ver lejos lo que está delante de ti.
• No aparques en la línea amarilla porque podrías conseguir una multa o perder tus placas.
• No te acuestes bajo palmeras en la playa (los cocos pueden matar)
• No alimentes a los animales y no los toques
• Reduce la velocidad, relájate y sé Pura Vida.
• Por ningún motivo parquear el auto en zonas con línea amarilla; te expones a un ticket de $100 más el retiro de las placas de auto
The season is in full swing, it is quite crowded in tourist places. I want to remind you of some important things for those going to Costa Rica now or soon.
- Book popular national parks like Manuel Antonio, Tenorio (Rio Celeste) Corcovado ahead of time, because there is daily limit on tickets and it gets crowded.
-👉Ask for a consultation from "trip advisors" who live here planning your tour because you will save a lot of stress and time.
- Be aware that every route you take is usually longer in time than Google Maps or Waze show.
- Beware that Waze sometimes likes to lead with a "shortcut" that is not necessarily a road at all, and often ends in a river or impassable terrain.
- Plan your travel time with your head because you can't drive fast here - statutory 90 km/h plus other free cars difficult to overtake.
- Don't drive in the dark, especially over long distances.
- In case of a collision, do not move the car even by an inch because the insurance does not work in such a situation
- Remember that here is the most hilly or twisty terrain, do not brake without stopping or you will overheat the brakes (Engine brake).
- Let the car rest in the middle of a difficult route because it will overheat the engine.
- Remember not to pull ahead all the time (yellow color here) unless you are absolutely sure you can see far ahead of you.
