Before Red Bull Romaniacs, Tomaลพ Jernejลกek and Greg Gordinne had already made their mark at Red Bull Erzbergrodeo, taking on some of the biggest names in hard enduro aboard the KOVE 800X Rally.

Competing in the Twin-Cylinder class, Tomaลพ showed strong consistency with P3 in the first run and P5 in the second, securing P5 overall. Greg also put in a solid, consistent performance to finish P6 overall.

A few weeks later, they carried that momentum into Red Bull Romaniacs, finishing P8 and P9 in the Adventure Ultimate class.

Red Bull Romaniacs 2026 once again proved why it is known as the world's toughest hard enduro rally.

Across steep climbs, deep ravines, technical rock sections and unforgiving mountain terrain, 11 KOVE riders pushed themselves and their KOVE 800X Rally and 800X Pro through one of the ultimate tests in adventure motorcycling.

Joop Nissink showed remarkable determination. After his motorcycle fell approximately 30 metres into a ravine on Offroad Day 2, Joop lost valuable time recovering the bike and solving technical issues. Returning for the final stage on Offroad Day 4, he delivered an impressive P6 finish.

Paweล‚ Wรณjcik and Tomasz Wrรณblewski both fought through the demanding conditions to reach the finish. Rick Smits showed strong pace in the early stages of the event and continued pushing despite the challenges before injuries from a crash forced him to withdraw. His determination and commitment throughout the rally deserve great respect.
