🤖 From investment to factory floor – AI is finding its place in manufacturing.

We were proud to host the “Yinbo Longjian · Shanghai Closed-door Event” at Baolong on October 16, where Yinbo Iteration and Shuwei Intelligence signed a capital increase agreement, and industry leaders explored how world models can be applied in industrial discrete manufacturing.

For Baolong, this is more than an investment. It’s a collaborative chain in action:

From AI foundation models supporting product R&D to embodied intelligence training at loading stations in our factory, AI is moving out of the lab and onto the production line – becoming real productivity. 🏭

Guests also toured our BH SENS factory and engaged in closed-door discussions on world models, robot control, and industrial collaboration.

This event marks an important step in Baolong’s push to integrate intelligent manufacturing with AI – and to explore how these technologies can scale across automotive and other discrete manufacturing scenarios. 🚀

🚛 Baolong Techday at Sinotruk

On October 15, Baolong brought its Techday to Sinotruk, bringing together technical, quality, sales, and procurement teams for in-depth exchanges on commercial vehicle air springs and intelligent driving.

🔧 The event combined product displays, dedicated discussions, technical speeches, and interactive games.

🤝 Leadership talks between Feng Han, Vice President of Sinotruk Group, and Charles Zhang, Chairman of Baolong, reached consensus on deepening strategic cooperation and collaborative innovation.

🎤 Baolong experts delivered a keynote on “Intelligence and Lightweighting of Commercial Vehicle Air Springs,” followed by lively technical discussions.

📦 Four major areas were showcased:
• Commercial vehicle air springs – rolling lobe, sleeve-type, and bellows-type
• Intelligent driving solutions – front/surround/side/in-cabin cameras, millimeter-wave radars, monocular all-in-one, and integrated driving/parking domain controllers
• Vehicle intelligent sensors – pressure, optical, current, speed, position, acceleration/yaw rate, and TPMS
• Liquid cold plates – stamped liquid cold plates and direct cooling plates

The Techday deepened Sinotruk’s understanding of Baolong’s new technologies, products, and application solutions, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. Together, we look forward to advancing the commercial vehicle industry toward high-end, intelligent, and low-carbon development. 🌱

Today, we celebrate the frameworks that make our world safer, smarter, and more connected. At Baolong, we don't just follow standards – we help write them. ✍️

As of December 2025, Baolong has participated in the development of over 60 national, industry, and group standards – covering everything from TPMS and automotive sensors to ADAS, intelligent suspension, and tire valves.

📊 A few highlights:

ADAS: 17 standards – including automatic parking assist, surround view monitoring, millimeter-wave radar, and pedal misapplication control

Tire Valves: 25 standards – 17 of which we drafted as a primary contributor

TPMS: 3 standards for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses

Automotive Sensors: 5 standards related to rain sensors, light sensors, pressure sensors, and sensor cybersecurity

Intelligent Suspension: 3 standards on air spring technology and aluminum air reservoir assemblies

From surround view camera systems to functional safety and radar technology, Baolong is committed to shaping the rules that drive the industry forward. 🚗💡

The discussion – “A Wake-Up Call from China: What Automakers in Europe Must Learn and Unlearn about Vehicles of the Future” – tackled critical questions on autonomy, usability, and the future of vehicle development. 🚀 Baolong Secures Project Award for Dual-Chamber Dual-Valve Air Suspension Controller from a Global Leading Automaker

This award marks a key milestone from domestic to overseas — a technological leap in high-end intelligent suspension controllers, with platform capability reaching international OEM standards. 🏆

🔹 Dual-chamber dual-valve solution – the controller acts as the “brain,” while the actuator uses two independent chambers and two independent valves to separately adjust air pressure and damping for different road excitations

🔹 Significant improvements – damping adjustment precision, wide-frequency adaptability, comfort on complex roads, and handling stability

🔹 Hardware – expands dual-chamber dual-valve control channels based on the existing platform

🔹 Software – Autosar architecture with new driver software, reconstructed damping control algorithm, pressure closed-loop and fault diagnosis strategy

🔹 Structural design – compatible with existing mounting holes and terminal definitions while integrating the dual-chamber dual-valve cavity layout
