🏁 Porsche had never built a convertible GT3. That just changed.
Meet the 2027 911 GT3 S/C. And no, S/C doesn't mean Sport Classic, it's Sport Cabriolet. This is how the 992 generation goes out, replacing the traditional Speedster send-off that closed out the 997 and 991.
The recipe is beautifully stubborn:
4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six, 502 hp, 9,000-rpm redline
Six-speed manual only, rear-wheel drive only
Same chassis tuning as the GT3 Touring
Roughly 3.9 seconds to 100 km/h, top speed around 195 mph
Porsche went hunting for weight everywhere else. Composite brakes save about 44 pounds and magnesium wheels another 20, and hardware you'd normally option through the Weissach package is standard here. The folding roof itself adds only around 80 pounds thanks to magnesium parts and a clever low-part-count design.
Fabric door pulls, no back seats, manual tilt-and-telescope wheel. Purist stuff.
Price: $275,350 including delivery. Orders are open.
