Finally the weather has gifted us a beautiful evening.
Mother Nature showed us her many moods these past two weeks. Mostly in rain and TStorms.
Thank goodness she spared us of hail and snow.

Just like hunting for the perfect vintage , I’m on a quest to reel in another fluke catch like this and my record-breaking 5lb4oz largemouth bass!
This was 2 years ago, on my first test cast I reeled in this beauty 8 feet right off our shore! Armed with my fabulous pink Barbie rod and pink 8lb test line too! Given to me as a birthday joke.
What fun!
Why splurge on pricey gear and gas for the fishing boat when I can stay on shore and enjoy a nice brown “pop” as my fishing buddy?
