It has come to my attention that not everyone knows what Shelley and I are doing in here at Double D Maintenance. So, just so you know we are still selling NEW and USED PARTS and TIRES. We are here to help you keep your vehicles on the road as cheaply as possible with good quality parts. We are still installing and balancing tires on a limited basis (mostly Saturdays). To our VALUED customers-As many of you are aware as of December 31, 2024, we are no longer offering mechanical repairs at Double D Maintenance Inc. It was a hard decision but I have decided to “semi-retire” hopefully getting a day off here and there. We cannot stress enough how much we appreciate each and every one of our clients for your trust and support over the past 15 years. We have enjoyed every minute of it. In fact, a lot of you are like family.

It has taken us quite some time to post this message as we, too, have had to adjust. It has not been easy and we miss seeing you all! We are STILL an Auto Value Parts store and will continue selling NEW parts! We want to offer you the same quality parts we used to fix your vehicles at the best prices we can offer. If you need tires, alternators, starters, brake pads, rotors, calipers, wheel bearings, control arms or any part required to fix your vehicle to keep it on the road please give us a call. We also have access to new body parts (wheel wells, rockers, etc.).

Merlin’s Auto Salvage is still up and running as well. So, if you are in need of a good used part we can help you with that too. We always pride ourselves to go the extra mile to find you the parts you need (new or used)!

So, in our world, we are pumping the brakes but not coming to a complete stop. Please share the news with your friends, family and neighbours. We are still in business; we’ve just switched gears! Rolling forward we hope to hear from you again soon!

We are looking for a TIRE TECHNICIAN with experience to join our team at Double D Maintenance in Windsor, NS. It can be fast paced at times. Duties will include installing and balancing and repairing car and light truck tires. When it is not busy you can assist the mechanic with mechanical issues. Well everybody, it's getting cold and time to start thinking of putting those nasty winter tires on. I'm happy to let you all know we are having an awesome sale on Michelin Tires!! The Good news is you buy 3 and get 1 Free. The Bad news is the sale is only on until Saturday, November 1st. The Good news is you don't have to buy them and put them on, you only need to put down a deposit by November 1st. Ok Folks!! Time to start thinking about spring! Let's get those noisy winter tires off so you can enjoy your ride. We recommend a wheel alignment given the condition of our roads these days so, just so you know, a wheel alignment is only $69.95; however if you purchase 4 new tires you can get one for only $49.95 or with the purchase of 2 new tires it is only $59.95.
