A major shift is underway in North America’s electric vehicle market as Canada opens its doors to Chinese-made EVs under a newly announced trade agreement.

The deal allows up to 49,000 Chinese electric vehicles to enter the Canadian market, signaling a move toward increased competition and broader consumer choice in the EV space.
