Ever wonder what it looks like under the hood during a repair?

This engine is stripped down for a new valve cover gasket. When the old rubber gasket gets brittle, oil seeps out, runs down the engine, and causes that annoying burning smell.

To fix it right, we remove the cover (exposing the camshafts and timing chain you see here), completely clean the metal surface, and use precision sealant at the seams to guarantee a perfect, leak-free seal.

If you’ve noticed oil spots on your driveway or a burning smell under the hood, it might be time for a checkup!
