Back in the bay, we don’t see many come through like this one.
This is a ground-up, nut-and-bolt restoration on a rare classic — a 1965 Acadian Beaumont Sport Deluxe. A machine from another time, when steel was honest, lines were hand-judged, and craftsmanship meant something you could measure in hours, not shortcuts.
Restorations like this are not for the faint of heart. There are always unknowns — things you simply cannot see until the car is fully stripped down, and more often than not, surprises reveal themselves the deeper you go. Trust is everything in work like this, especially when the true scope only becomes clear once the teardown begins. This one alone carried over 800 hours of dedicated shop time.
Even though this wasn’t the owner’s original car, it carried real sentimental weight. A connection to memory, to youth, to time spent on the road that never really leaves you. We understood that from the start, and treated it accordingly. Turning out rides our clients are proud of is always our goal. We wish them many miles of happiness ahead.
