Hard hit. Major front-end damage.

This 2021 Jeep Compass showed up on a tow truck with a lot working against it.
Step by step, panel by panel, we tore it down and built it back the right way following OEM repair procedures to make sure it’s not just fixed AND safe.

Because comebacks aren’t about shortcuts, they’re about doing it right.

Not everything you see here is ready for colour yet and that’s on purpose.

Some of these parts are primed and ready to be painted, while others still need prep. Primer isn’t just a step we rush through, it’s what helps paint stick properly, protects the metal, and makes sure the finish lasts through Manitoba winters, gravel roads, and temperature swings.

Skipping or rushing this stage? That’s how peeling, bubbling, and premature wear happen.

So while it might look like “just paint,” there’s a lot happening before colour ever hits the panel.

Slow. Proper. Done right the first time.

🥶 It’s COLD out there, folks.

With temps around -30°C (feels like -40°C), this is the kind of cold that doesn’t mess around.

A few things to keep you and your vehicle safe today:

🚶 For you:
• Limit time outside if you can, frostbite can happen faster than you think

• Cover exposed skin (yes, even the walk from the house to the truck)

• Keep a winter kit in your vehicle: blankets, gloves, boots, phone charger

🚗 For your vehicle:
• Cold batteries struggle, if your vehicle is slow to start, don’t ignore it

• Let your engine warm up before driving (especially today)

• Watch tire pressure, extreme cold can cause it to drop

• Door seals and latches can freeze, avoid forcing them

• If something feels off, it probably is. Cold weather loves to expose weak spots

If you’re heading out of town, let someone know. Manitoba winters are no joke.

If you need us, we’re here but we’d rather you stay safe and avoid trouble altogether.

Bundle up, drive easy, and take care of each other out there. 💙
