🔥 1000 HP. 293 KM/H. PROBLÈME RÉSOLU. 🔥

Cette Audi R8 Twin Turbo 2018 est arrivée chez JA Tuning avec une importante perte de performance.

Notre diagnostic a rapidement révélé plusieurs problèmes :

🔧 4 joints d’admission partiellement sortis de leur emplacement sur le banc 1
🔧 Turbo complètement saisi
🔧 Des morceaux de catalyseur dans le turbo, l’empêchant de tourner 😳

Nous avons remplacé les 10 joints d’admission, ajouté des "renforts de joints" pour éviter que le problème ne revienne et modifié les collecteurs d’échappement afin de corriger définitivement la source du problème.

💥 Résultat : les 1000 HP sont de retour!

Quelques jours plus t**d, direction Race the Half à La Tuque pour mettre la R8 à l’épreuve…

This 2018 Audi R8 Twin Turbo came to JA Tuning with a significant loss of performance.

Our diagnosis quickly uncovered multiple issues:

🔧 4 intake seals partially pushed out of place on Bank 1
🔧 Completely seized turbo
🔧 Pieces of catalytic converter material inside the turbo, preventing it from spinning 😳

We replaced all 10 intake seals, added an "intake sealing ring kit" to prevent the issue from happening again, and modified the exhaust manifolds to permanently eliminate the source of the problem.

💥 Result: all 1000 HP are back!

A few days later, it was time to put the R8 to the test at Race the Half in La Tuque…

🚀 293 KM/H (182 MPH) — from a standing start!

Selon le mode d’expédition choisi, il est donc possible de récupérer votre ECU en aussi peu que 48 heures.

Une fois l’ECU déverrouillé, les futures programmations peuvent être effectuées directement par le port OBD-II avec UniCONNECT+, et ce, en seulement quelques minutes.

Première étape a été de faire tous les entretiens recommandés:
-Changement huile Moteur
-Changement huile DSG
-Changement huile Boîtier Transfert
-Changement huile Haldex

-Changement huile à Freins
-Entretien système Antigel
-Remplacement des bougies
Ensuite nous avons fait la réparation du turbo et remplacer l'actuateur du turbo
