If you want to buy a new CVT soon and probably a new engine as well, you don't need this or any similar pre-filtration system or separator.

Just wrapped up a 200+ mile ride yesterday. Conditions were what I’d call moderate dust—though honestly, not sure what “extreme” would look like, since dust was everywhere and I was covered head to toe. In the video I showed how much dust the filters collected during the ride. Without them, all that dust would’ve gone straight into the CVT and engine filter—but here it was trapped by the system. Performance definitely started to drop once the filters were packed, though. I'd say it’s best to knock the dust out every ~100 miles (again, it depends on the conditions). Waiting until 200 miles was pushing it, and both me and the machine felt the difference.
