Team member feature - Meet Dalton 🛞
If you’ve ever walked into the shop and heard laughter coming from the car bay, there’s a good chance it was Dalton setting the tone.
As one of our Car Bay Tire Technicians, Dalton brings more than skill to the job — he brings energy. He’s friendly, lively, and personable, and he has a way of making even the busiest days feel lighter. No matter what’s on the schedule, he keeps the bay moving while keeping the vibes up — jokes, smiles, and a whole lot of “we’ve got this.”
He’s the kind of teammate who gets along with everyone. Techs, service, customers, front desk — you name it. People genuinely enjoy working around him because he’s approachable, easygoing, and always willing to help.
And here’s the best part: Dalton is related to both our front desk team and our A/R staff — which is honestly such a perfect reflection of who we are. At The Tire Pros, family isn’t just a saying — it’s how we operate. Having him in the mix makes that feel even more real, and we’re proud of the family-run culture we’ve built together.

Team member feature - Meet Karen!
If you’ve ever called or stopped into The Tire Pros and felt instantly taken care of, there’s a good chance you’ve met Karen. Karen is one of those behind-the-scenes heroes who keeps everything running smoothly — handling billing, invoicing, and collections, and making sure the paperwork side of the business stays organized and on track. And when the front desk gets busy? She jumps right in to help out, greeting customers, answering questions, and keeping things moving with a smile.
Fun fact: Karen is also Chris’ wife, which really highlights what matters most to us — keeping family-run values at the core of everything we do. It’s a big part of what makes The Tire Pros feel like the welcoming, community-first shop we’re proud to be. Karen is personable, approachable, and has a way of making every customer feel right at home — like you’re not just a number, you’re part of our community.

Meet Darren — one of the first smiles you see when you walk through our doors, and the definition of a true multitasking pro.
He started with us as a tire tech, getting his hands dirty in the bay and out on the road. Today, he’s a powerhouse at the front desk (right alongside his dad, Chris), helping customers with the same real-world know-how he’s built from day one.
But don’t be fooled by the front desk counter space — if a vehicle needs an extra hand in the shop, or a service call pops up, Darren’s already on the move, jumping in wherever he’s needed.🛠️
We’re proud to have someone who wears so many hats and still shows up with dedication, teamwork, and our family values at the heart of everything he does. ❤️
