As part of our 60th anniversary celebrations, our general managers and executive team gathered at Naturally Pacific Resort for our quarterly leadership meeting.

These meetings are an opportunity to review our progress, share ideas and best practices, celebrate successes, and learn from one another. Bringing together leaders from across the Steve Marshall Group allows us to strengthen our operations, support one another, and continue growing as a team 🏆

On Saturday evening, Steve Marshall Ford welcomed family, friends, and special guests for an evening dedicated to celebrating one extraordinary individual - Steve Marshall - and his remarkable 60-year journey in the automotive industry 💙

Throughout the evening, heartfelt speeches from those who know Steve best reflected on the person behind the milestone. His wife, daughter, close friends, members of the executive team, and Bev Goodman, President and CEO of Ford Motor Company of Canada, shared stories that celebrated his character, generosity, passion, and the lasting impact he has had on the lives of so many.

The evening concluded with one final surprise as Karl, CEO of the Steve Marshall Group, announced a truly extraordinary gift for Steve - a 2026 Ford Mustang GTD. One of the most exclusive and sought-after Mustangs ever produced, it was a fitting tribute to Steve's lifelong passion for automobiles and an unforgettable way to honour six decades in the automotive industry.

Your legacy reaches far beyond the dealerships you've built - it's reflected in the relationships you've nurtured, the people you've inspired, and the communities you've supported over the past 60 years. Last Friday, family, friends, and members of the Steve Marshall Group gathered on the beautiful Sunset Terrace at Naturally Pacific Resort for a special evening celebrating Steve Marshall and an incredible milestone - 60 years in the automotive industry 💙

The evening was an opportunity to reflect on six decades of dedication, leadership, and the relationships that have shaped Steve's remarkable journey. Surrounded by those closest to him, guests shared stories, memories, and celebrated the person behind the milestone.

One of the evening's most meaningful moments came when Shane, General Manager of Steve Marshall Ford - the dealership where it all began in 1966 - presented Steve with a framed photo of the original dealership alongside a photo of the dealership as it stands today in 2026. A fitting tribute to six decades of hard work, growth, and an extraordinary legacy.

Congratulations, Steve, on this incredible achievement. Thank you for the vision, determination, and leadership that have inspired generations of employees, customers, and communities. Here's to celebrating an incredible 60 years - and the legacy that continues to grow.

The team at Campbell River Honda recently came together with a BBQ to celebrate an incredible year, recognizing achievements across multiple departments - from sales and service to a major work anniversary 🏆

"Last week the team at Campbell River Honda enjoyed a delicious BBQ and celebrated some achievements and milestones together! 🍔

Two of our sales members were recognized at the Honda Canada Sales Leader Event in Vancouver this spring. This is an elite group of sales members who exemplify customer service and sales volume in new vehicles with Honda Canada. Dave presented Marshall with a plaque for receiving Sales Leader for 2025, and presented Noel with a plaque for receiving Sales Master for 2025 🏆

Noel was also recognized by The Steve Marshall Group at our annual sales guild last Christmas with a Silver Sales Master award for selling over 120 units in 2025, and he's well on his way to doing it again for 2026! 🏅

Earlier this year, Justin and Ryan in our shop both earned Golden Wrenches, beating out all other import technicians in the Steve Marshall Group on monthly productivity YOY 🔧

Last but not least, the team celebrated Cory's 10 year work anniversary 🎉
