Another good day in the gym. I came a long ways. All i can do now is keep eating healthy and watching my health. I want to be 98% muscle some day and really strong and fast so i could win my fights someday. I realky injoy this bew life i set for my self. @ Merritt, British Columbia

Well just had to take her wasy today. Did a different workout touched on duffrent muscles in my shoulders feels good finnaly got that pump i wanted. Fu***ng feels great. . If you dont feel like your graining try something else. @ Merritt, British Columbia

Omg i was in the gym today and was not feeling it at all. Then i kinda fu**ed my shoulder. Well i guess break for the weekend. I think i need it too. Aha well just walk it off no time to be a big baby about. Shake it off. Need that .
