Well it's about time! Thankfully we haven't had any EVs needing tows from Mayne Island for quite some time. This is because the technology is continually improving. Remember Mayne Island Towing is certified for Electric Vehicle towing and recovery.

I'm on a boat! First thing in the morning went to Pender Island to pick up a moldy old motorhome and take it into Sooke for demolition and recycling. Then, on the way back to the ferry got a bonus tow for a box truck in Sooke needed to go to Saanich so that worked out just fine.

The beat up old burnt out crusty disgusting motorhomes aren't my favourite part of the job, but, this is a job that needs doing and as far as I know no one else will touch these. If you've got one growing older and moldier and want to see it gone give me a call for a quote. Especially if these are in a tricky spot needing some ingenuity to get them out onto the road I'm good at these.

As for the box truck, this was dispatched promptly and delivered to Quinten Erichsen at Erichsen Automotive and they had this thing diagnosed with it still on the hook and good to go very quickly for the customer. This is more spectacular when you realise there's not a lot of towtrucks like this that would put up with fighting Sooke traffic on the main highway and have it all done on a Friday?! Many people are becoming quite impressed with Erichsen Automotive and I'm happy to bring them the jobs as this makes me look good too.
