Some moments leave you speechless, and this is absolutely one of them.
This year, Trucking for a Cure was generously invited to be part of the 2026 Thunder Valley Semi Races, and what an incredible experience it was!
Not only did the amazing team behind Thunder Valley welcome us with open arms, but they went above and beyond by making the ENTIRE EVENT in support of Trucking for a Cure!
And because of that incredible generosity, we are beyond proud and emotional to announce a $10,000 DONATION TO THE CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY!
We want to extend our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to Garry and Jenn Anderson, Anderson Event Park, and the entire Thunder Valley Semi Races team.
To every sponsor who stepped up, every racer who put on a show, every Show N Shine participant who brought their pride and joy, every vendor who joined us, and especially EVERY SINGLE SPECTATOR who came through those gates YOU ALL MADE THIS POSSIBLE!
Every ticket purchased, every dollar donated, and every person who showed up contributed to something so much bigger than a weekend of trucks, racing, and entertainment.
You helped make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
Donations like this are vital to supporting the Canadian Cancer Society’s work in breast cancer research, education, awareness, and support for those facing this devastating disease.
Behind every pink ribbon is a person. A mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, a friend. Someone fighting, someone surviving, and someone we wish was still here.
THIS is why we do what we do.
What started as a weekend bringing the trucking community together turned into something truly extraordinary. A reminder of just how powerful this industry is when we come together for a cause.
There genuinely aren’t enough words to express how grateful, humbled, and honoured we are to have the support of such incredible people.
