Your local contractor ready to manage and execute on your next project.
This project consisted of a 8x24 grade beam, a center drain, compacted base gravel, rigid insulation, hydronic heating lines and 15m rebar.

Heated slabs are such a wonderful thing if you've ever been on one. This being a heated slab, glycol will run through a boiler system to heat the lines embedded in the concrete.

Got a call this summer from a friend of mine to fix this Chimney his client wanted to put stone on.
Basically all the old cedar needed to be demolished and all new framing be installed.
But, this would only serve to be a bandaid if we didn't install the cricket above the Chimney to divert water instead of having it sit and slowly rot what's underneath it which is what happened.

The team at saved the day as always with the waste hauling.

Stone work was done by Stone Age Masonry Inc. πŸ‘Œ

Water is inevitable and choosing where to put it is the only plan when building.

With the chrome quarter round schluter πŸ₯΅πŸ’β€β™‚οΈβœ…

Everytime I do large format tiles I become more and more envious of the tile setters who get to install realllly large slabs of stone.
Tile is something that will always be a challenge. If you know you know. Not a lot of tolerance when it comes to Tile.

Always Aspiring to the next level like some of these pages that I follow for inspo.

These old building practises gotta go. No more just strapped roofs. That's it.
Watch till the end to see what a roof should look like.
Build it right.. And if it's not, lets make it right.

Not exactly sure but it's been a couple pails for sure.
Nice little slab transition just silky smooth eh bud.
Ran the concrete saw along a snapped line. Bush hammered and then apply the bonding adhesive.. Mix up the grout and pour er in there.

Screw piles are one of the most effective ways to ensure a foundation lasts for a long time. By going deep into the soil and anchoring the pile well below the frost level it's not possible for the cold weather we have to affect the foundation through freeze/thaw cycles causing uplift or sag.

Piling although more expensive will ensure all the other materials will stay where they are installed and last for a long time!

If you need to pour a wall without a pump build a hopper like this and save yourself some waste!
