We are looking for a Maintenance Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to use your unique talents, experience, skills, education, and enthusiasm to complete the Operations team and to recognize that your contribution is essential to the thriving business of Charlton & Hill Welding Ltd.

As a Maintenance Worker you may perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair work on shop and company equipment to ensure safety and efficient operation.

You may utilize your maintenance skills and experience in the performance of preventative and demand maintenance within our shops. Must be able to be troubleshoot systems to find and eliminate problems with equipment. Proactive in addressing machine inefficiencies during preventative maintenance. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed overall equipment effectiveness.

Job Duties:

*Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
*Taking care of welding machines and their peripheral parts
*Basic automotive service/ repair
*Air Compressor service / repair
*Forklift service / repair
*Basic cleaning of shop and yard

We are looking for WELDERS/ FABRICATORS, apprentices and journeypersons.
What we will do for you:

What we are looking for:

Electrical Designer
Charlton & Hill Welding Ltd is seeking an Electrical Designer to expand the team’s capabilities. Charlton & Hill Welding specializes in custom mobile equipment and has been established for over 30 years. Located in Lethbridge's industrial park your commute is less than 20 minutes from anywhere in the city.

This position requires you to exceed expectations in independent thinking, time management, design evolution and personal productivity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Generation and maintenance of electrical schematics

o Perform troubleshooting of electronics systems

o Design and process calculations

o Generation and ongoing development of bill of materials

o Develop electrical systems with written quotes

o Source parts and materials

o Working as part of a team environment

ASSETS

o Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

o High Attention to Detail

o Electronics and Instrumentation background

o Competent computer skills in Excel, Outlook, and CAD Programs
