We are excited to release the 2026 NHRA Northwest Division 6 x RAD Torque Raceway class schedule for our racers, crew, and families to fill their calendars! This is the first* rendition of the schedule and is subject to changes WITH advanced notice to our valued competitors.

Our 2026 Hoosier Tire Western Canada Points Series will feature;

🔴 Heavy Metal Mayhem Bracket Races - 9 Points Races
⚫ Top Eliminator Edmonton - 10 Points Races
🔴 NHRA Jr Street - 9 Points Races
⚫ Nitro Ratz Junior Dragster Club - 19 Points Races
🔴 Sportsman YEG - 11 Points Races

Details on the 2026 NHRA Northwest Division 6 ET Finals and Land of the Leaders will be mutually released upon the discretion of the NHRA.

Further details on the NEW Jr. Street Class will come in the following weeks, addressing safety guidelines, on/off track conduct, points format, entry, and more! Let's get our youth involved!!

The team at RAD Torque Raceway & Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals looks to congratulate our 2025 Heavy Metal Mayhem series Champion, Runner-Up, & Third place points recipients 🏆

Our amazing guests took the stage to celebrate their phenomenal accomplishments throughout the season and their dedication to the sport of 1/8 mile drag racing! Congratulation's on Tony Osredkar's Championship finish, alongside Runner-Up; Ray Gaetz, and NEW top 3 finisher; Justin Dowhaniuk! 👏👏

Since the inception of the Heavy Metal Mayhem series, we have seen a new & different points champion each year! 2025 treated us with not only a new champion, but a brand new set of podium finishers! 🎊

Tony took home the Championship trophy, a custom champions photo collage, and $3,000!

A big congratulations goes to our 2025 'Racer of the Year'. A person who equally demonstrates excellent skill on track, positive attitude, sportsmanship, frequent participation, enthusiasm for the sport, support for the facility, and SO MUCH MORE!
This gentleman was none other than Cody Graves 😁!

Cody received a beautiful custom award and $500 supplied by Global Power Systems!

We cannot thank Mel Hearn enough for her continued support and hand within this series. Her and the entire Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals team are beyond amazing, and go above and beyond to make this series thrive! Thank you Mel! 🙌

We cannot wait to see everyone back on track in 2026!

The year has come to an end and we look to celebrate the successes of our weekend warriors, die-hard racers, and everyone in between! The largest of thanks is given to our friends over at Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals for their continued support for the series and commitment to the racers. 👏

We strive to increase purses, build towards a fun and exciting atmosphere, and create a greater level of competition each and every year within the Heavy Metal Mayhem series. 2025 has come to an end, and we've seen new and familiar faces within our winner's circles, and it is always so amazing to see!

Congratulations to our Champion Tony Osredkar 🥇, Series Runner-Up; Ray Gaetz 🥈, and 3rd place recipient; Justin Dowhaniuk 🥉

You have all worked so hard, and drove as hard as possible to finish out the season on the podium!

What a terrific end to the 2025 Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals Mayhem season, with a BRAND NEW pair of event finalists! Our Sunday program awarded Jason Duchene the crown 👑 as the Trail n' Error team raced their way into the final round! Newcomer and Rookie; Daniel O'Connor found himself in his FIRST Heavy Metal Mayhem Finals and took the runner-up position 👏👏

Along with NEW finalists for 2025, we welcomed Rookie Josh Bent into the Semi-Finalist club for Sunday! Dale Bristow joined him in this position as each took home $400!

Kaelie Morton took the top qualifying spot of the event!

Our team is tabulating the points for the 2025 racing season, and we are excited to announce our series Champion in the coming days! 👀 Thank you all so much for racing with us once again this season!

We look to congratulate our September 13, 2025 Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals Mayhem award winners! 👏

Daylen Miller; a kid who's always a threat when lining up against, took home to WIN this past Saturday! Daylen wheeled his was through 5 rounds of very difficult competition. Competitor and previous event winner Warren Neitsch took the runner-up spot following the final round of racing!

Our semi-finalists were non-other than Ray Gaetz, and out of towner; Robin DeRose!

Our top qualifier of the day belongs to Tony Osredkar who currently holds the number one (1) points position!

The weekend is fast approaching, and it is the FINAL racing weekend of the year 🤯 meaning it’s crunch time! Our racers will battle it out and fight hard to swap points positions this week for the chance to crown themselves as the 2025 Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals Mayhen CHAMPION!

All other classes points will be available on RAD Torque Raceways page this afternoon!
