Another Fraptastical day at RPM RYDZ!!
We are coming together and getting organized a little more each day.
Forgive us if we are unable to fit you in right away because all your support and patronage is coming in faster than we can accommodate but we do appreciate you all. We expected to have more time to get our online services sorted out before getting busy but you all jumped in with us right away and we all thank you.
On a personal note, I thank Jean Guy Clermont and Barb Campbell for making my return to the shop work smooth and gentle. Not saying they babysit me but ya... THEY BABYSIT ME!! LMAO
We are having fun, working well and fine tuning a well oiled machine in providing you with the best service we can.
To all our customers past, present and future...we thank you all for putting your trust in us and we will do our best to ensure we never let you down.
At RPM RYDZ you are all part of the team and together we all move forward, share some laughs, step up for one another and keep it real!!

So Barb Campbell took pity on my dirt missile and gave it a quick wash while we were plugging away in the shop.
Evidently just because it has no shiny parts is no excuse for letting it get so dirty. Lmao

GOOD MORNING FELLOW NORTHERNERS!!
A little food for thought for you today.
When it comes to purchasing a new to you vehicle (used), i highly recommend you bring your vehicle to a certified shop you trust. Many auto flipping businesses are in the market of moving vehicles, not too concerned with craftsmanship, condition or even reliability. They will have their own staff perform shabby work and cut corners to bring whatever they are selling to bare bones minimum to say it passed a safety inspection. We see it often. Even if you buy a used vehicle certified, bring it to your trusted service provider and let them take a look at it. You may end up either bringing your vehicle back to the seller, getting MTO involved or both. Poor craftsmanship is one thing but poor or home made structural repairs, wired up supports, cement tape exhaust patches, expanding foam rust repair and oil spraying the hell out of the undercarriage to try to hide it all are just some of the more alarming hack jobs this mechanic has seen. For the most part these duct tape and baler twine repairs are not dangerous but when frames are tampered with unprofessionally, mounts are bubble gum welded and stolen road signs are used to pop rivet new floors in you may want to bring that to the MTO's attention and not allow this kind of work to put you and your loved ones safety at risk.

Good evening all!! Finally home and settling in for the night but wanted to extend a big think you from all of us at RPM RYDZ! Today marks the end of our second week in partnership and your support has been phenomenal! We are already booked a week ahead in both bays. It is absolutely incredible how in only two weeks your patronage has made RPM RYDZ hop like rock concert! We are getting support from other shops and businesses, a couple bike clubs, old friends, extended family and every new face is always welcome. Thank you for trusting us with your needs and here's to always being there to help one another!

Yesterday at RPM RYDZ we finalized the online application for safety inspection components and ordered the tablet and printer. Now we see how long it takes to receive the kit. Upon arrival of tablet/printer RPM RYDZ will be back in the safety inspection service including motorcycles, annuals and of course automotive. Enough with having to haul bikes out of town for safety inspections and being charged $350.00 for a motorcycle inspection.....RIDICULOUS! We get costs have risen but if you cannot perform a bike inspection in less time than on a four wheeled vehicle you are either incompetent or ripping your customers off. Neither option paints a pretty picture but I do know it is happening and it is not right. I bought a classic custom harley myself last year and when I called around for a safety on it I about fell over. I absolutely refused to pay that for a safety check on my bare bones old shovelhead so I too am anxious to have my bike properly inspected and at a fair price!
RPM RYDZ IS WORKING TO SERVE YOU AND NOT TO MAKE EVERY TRANSACTION A LOTTERY WIN FOR US. We all want to earn good money but the key word is EARN, and not ROB!

Welcome back from May long weekend all!
RPM RYDZ had a very good start to the week with a solid flow of work coming in and reconnecting with patrons and friends. It is great to be back and see everyone again. That being said, it is with sincere gratitude I thank everyone from Rydz clietelle for making RPM RYDZ your choice now. It is crazy the overwhelming response you are all showing us and heart warming for all your praise and continued patronage. Our objective is service backed with pride of craftsmanship and maintaining that family oriented ambiance and yes one on one with with Jean Guy or myself with any of your questions or concerns. Your safety and vehicle condition are our main concerns so save yourself the stress and come see the guys that can put your mind at ease. Hope to see you all soon!

Well a successful first day back in the shop. Great day of teamwork and cheerful environment!.
Thank you to those who took the time to stop in just to say HI and WELCOME BACK. Even a surprise vist from Paul and Dawn Boucher who stopped in for a little visit while they are in town....was good to see you brother.
Small businesses, we all need to work together, only way to make it in this economy.
Special thanks to Mike and Dan at Pinewood Park motors for assisting us with their knowledge, always the gurus.

I must admit, I knew i was missing it but today showed me I missed it a lot more than I thought.

Tomorrow will be my first day performing repairs at RPM Rydz (formerly On The Road Again) and will be there to book inyour work, answer questions and discuss your needs. We will always make time if you want to swing by.

Good day to all.
With the fun season in full effect my phone is blowing up for safety inspections and prep work/repairs. Unfortunately the MTO has motivated most small businesses into no longer performing safety inspections.
Evidently with all our training, experience and licensing we cannot be trusted to ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and fit for the road.
Many small businesses just packed in performing safety inspections. The costs, and micro-managing is ridiculous.
As for repairs, pre inspection, yes I do still work at my leisure.
I now live out in the country with gravel roads being the surface you would be driving on.
If your concerns of getting your bike/vehicle dusty I would recommend trailering.
Questions/concerns can be sent via messenger or by my cell for those who have it.
I will no longer be offering pick up nor drop off because I do not want to assume responsibility should anything occur in transit.
I cannot perform any lengthy repairs this year due to home work load but can certainly diagnose, inspect, and deal with wear and tear repairs. Overhauls, custom work, port/polishing is too time consuming currently so please seek the services of bigger professional businesses for now.
