Today marks two years since I started this incredible journey.

In that time, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly amazing people and building not just customer relationships, but genuine friendships along the way. That’s something I don’t take lightly.

This adventure simply wouldn’t be possible without all of you—my valued customers. Your continued support, trust, and loyalty are what drive me every single day. You’re the reason I look forward to getting up in the morning and hitting the road. The excitement, the conversations, the shared passion for the trade—it’s all because of you.

Over the past two years, every step forward has been taken with one goal in mind: serving you better. From investing in a new truck to expanding inventory, it’s all about improving your experience and making sure you have what you need, when you need it.

April is a special month in our family—my mom celebrated her birthday on April 5th, and today, April 16th, is my dad’s.

I want to take a moment to wish them both a very happy birthday.

It goes without saying that without these two, none of this would be possible. The amount of time, effort, and support they put in behind the scenes is truly incredible. From the day-to-day help to everything in between, they allow me to focus on what matters most—taking care of my customers.

Due to unforeseen mechanical issues, the Snap-On truck will be off the road until Monday evening. Unfortunately, the current road conditions have resulted in another broken leaf spring.

I will also be returning from Toronto on Monday, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To my knowledge, this is the only “Tribute to America” edition tool box in Canada—and what a story behind it. This was originally ordered as a Canadian Edition, but sometimes things happen for a reason
 and this incredible piece is what showed up.

After a quick conversation, the decision was easy—this was the one.
