I wanted to share the fantastic experience I had with Grimsby Chrysler & Frank. Thank you very much to Frank Ardizzone who made the whole deal possible. His service was truly incredible, and I would 100% reach out to Frank to get you into your new vehicle. Scott, the sales manager was incredibly friendly and helpful as well, both over the phone and in person. Mo, the business manager got me a great interest rate, and was very kind and detail oriented.
I inquired on a brand new 2025 Grand Cherokee, and made the deal over the phone, trading in my 2021 Grand Cherokee. I live nearly 4 hours away, and the team at Grimsby Chrysler made the entire process seamless, from appraising my car, sending me videos and details of the vehicle I was purchasing, and completing all the financing. Upon arrival, everyone was happy and kind, and I could feel how much they cared. I am thrilled with my new grand Cherokee, as well as the service provided by Frank, Scott and Mo. “The dream team” would 100% see these 3 & Grimsby Chrysler again for my next car, and will recommend to family and friends.
