Say hello to summer! ☀️ To celebrate the upcoming season, we’ve added Okroshka to our menu, a refreshing cold buttermilk soup with boiled eggs, sausage, cucumber, radishes, and green onion! We’ve also introduced slushies to help you cool down on hot days. And to fully embrace the beautiful weather, our patio eating area is now open!

We want to clarify that the discoloration shown is not mold. It’s a natural, harmless reaction that can sometimes occur with garlic when cooked.

That said, anything that doesn’t meet our visual standards should never leave the kitchen, and we’ve addressed this with our team.

We take food safety very seriously and follow strict preparation, storage, and handling procedures at all times.
