We sincerely apologize for the extended wait time on this shipment. The ongoing situation in the Strait of Hormuz has caused significant disruptions to global maritime routes, which unfortunately led to unexpected delays in securing vessel bookings out of Japan.
We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as our team worked through these global shipping challenges to get your cargo moving.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
Best regards,
The ES Logistics Team
