Today we got to tackle one our favorite jobs! Andrew brought us his super clean all original 1989 FJ62 rolling chasis and wanted us to give it a new life. We just installed a 12HT, which requires the engine mounts to be relocated. After a hard day's work the engine is in for good and should be rolling coal in no time!

Long time customer Jeffery stopped by the shop today with his freshly restored 1989 turbo diesel FJ62, for some finishing touches. Jeffery has owned this Cruiser since 1991 and enjoys this Cruiser as much as he did when it was new. See you on the trails!!

After weeks of hard work on 1997 FZJ80, we finally seen the finish line on our end. Just leaving the fun stuff for Jetse to finish off at home.

With the help of Renrick and his team were able to get this cruiser back to its former glory. We also had the pleasure of installing the engine and transmission after a full reseal and detail of the motor. Big shout out to Ted for working his magic removing the nasty powder coating and oxidized aluminum on the intake components. This truck is one of a rare few with a TRD Supercharger.

It's safe to say the only whining we will hear, will be from the Supercharger!

This week we finished up 5th gen 4Runner .offroad front and rear Bumper install! These bumpers showed up fresh from powder coat yesterday morning and we got to chopping the OEM plastic. Sam also supplied us with enough LED light to turn night into day and wired everything into an 8 gang switch panel on the dash. We left the fun parts to install for Sam and can't get wait to see the rear bumper swing outs mounted and loaded up. We hope you enjoy the rig Sam and can't wait to see it in action!

Fun day working on Peters 2020 Toyota 4Runner Limited. This time around this rig was fitted with a full length roof rack and a set of Squadron Sport fog lights. This runner is slowly becoming the ultimate rig for those back country ski trip excursions and are stoked to have been able to build this one!

We are loving how Toyota Sequoia is turning out! We recently did a complete service and post purchase inspection on this rig followed buy a complete front and rear brake service with all new pads, rotors and calipers. Up next it was time for some new wheels and tires. Kenton chose to go with the .ca Roku in matte bronze wrapped in some Wildpeak AT3W's and we couldn't be happier with his choice and this combo completely changed the look of this rig. We can't wait to eventually get a suspension system under this rig to help complete the look and make it that much more capable!

We are looking for a qualified 2nd year automotive apprentice with a general knowledge of automotive diagnosis and repairs and is capable of working in an exciting and fast paced environment. Fun day at the shop today working on this 2019 Cement Grey Toyota Tacoma. We added a GVW upgrade and some extra ground clearance thanks to an Old Man Emu Suspension System. We also upgraded the wheels with a set of Beast wheels in that double dark tint wrapped in some KO2 all terrain tires for some better on and offroad traction especially during these next few winter months!

What better way to start the week then a Steering Knuckle Rebuild on FZJ80. Today we rebuild the Steering Knuckles with a Rebuild Kit, new Birfields and Inner Axle Shafts. The front brakes on the axle were also serviced with fresh pads and rotors. We have been checking off the list Jetse has given us and plan to have this rig home for the holidays!

We were happy to have sweet 2nd Gen Tacoma back at the shop! This time around it was for a set of Type X Pro driving lights! These are an awesome high quality LED option if you need some extra light on those night time adventures. We are also starting to stock other options from STEDI including lights bars, ditch lights and auxiliary switches that fit the factory blanks in most Toyota trucks.
