It's getting dark too early to continue with the evening classes at VIMC. If there is enough interest in the coming weeks and months, we can look at arranging morning or afternoon classes.
Of course, private lessons are always available for riders of all skill levels.

Sadly, students have not been wanting to use this fantastic motorcycle, so it's time for it to go to a new home. It's a practically brand new 2017 KTM 250excf, a fantastic dirt bike, and very capable (and light) street bike. It already has the several hundreds of dollars worth of armour that you want to ensure it doesn't get damaged when it hits the ground.
It hurts me deep down in my soul to sell something this new, and to lose so much money on it, but it just isn't getting used, and that hurts me even more.

ICBC has started doing motorcycle road tests again.
They will be contacting anyone who had their test cancelled in March to give them first priority, but then it's open for everyone else needing a test.
If you've been slacking because you didn't know when you could do the test, now's the time to get serious about riding.

VIMS at VIMC
I'm excited to announce that I will be offering Skill Development Training for Experienced Riders at the incredible Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit!
The large parking lot, dynamic course, and track provide an opportunity to work on valuable skills that will be beneficial for every day riding, in a very safe and controlled environment.
You will need full gear, a motorcycle that doesn't have any leaks or exceed the noise restrictions, and have at least passed the skills test.
Motorcycle rentals may be possible in certain circumstances.
Space is very limited, so if you are interested, message me for more information ASAP!

It has been pointed out that I neglected to mention that I'm back to doing training.
ICBC has started taking skills test appointments, so beginner training is an option again. However, they are not doing motorcycle road tests yet, and I have not heard any solid plans about when they are going to start doing that.
This is a good time to remind everyone that training is not so you can pass the test, it's to make sure you are skilled, and safe on the road. So if you want to ride, now is as good a time as any to get going.
Of course advance training, and dual sport lessons are also available.

How are you staying busy these days?
There's not a lot of practice for me to do at home, but this is something I've been intending to get better at.
