I had bought my 2019 Kia Soul end of June 2020 and this past weekend my check engine light came on, worried, I called on Tuesday got in today and wasn't charged for the quick check over to see what was wrong! The light is gone now, nothing serious appears to be wrong! Your service today was very efficient and friendly! I think I have a new service garage and it is nice that it is where I got my car from!! 5 stars!

I paid $35,000 + for a 2016 #FordExplorer that included extended warranty “to protect me” and I have had ongoing issues with RAG for over two years. Not once have they cared and/or resolved any issues for me.
They make you feel good during the “sale” because of the value they provide (High Interest Lending Rates to consumers who need help) and in my unfortunate experience, never cared once about my ongoing issues and/or provided any warranty or accountability on the low quality vehicle they sold me.
They only care about the sale. Not the experience of the costumer or any form of customer retention.
*They sold me a vehicle (purchased in Nov) where the AC never worked at all. When expected at #Ford, it was clearly evident that the AC lines were leaking from Day 1. Rusted lines.
They had no interest to repair for me when I brought the issue forward, and their warranty did nothing to resolve this issue.
*The Transmission is now skipping gears and they don’t care. They informed me today that it’s not covered under their “warranty”.
*All bearings have had to be replaced and multiple tie-rods and links.
*RAG tried to sell me the vehicle with low quality tires after telling me that would be included.
This is all in 2 + years.
