Auto Events and Sales Training

After over 22 years in the auto industry, I have seen a lot of changes. I have seen the ups and downs in the economy. I have seen sales people succeed and struggle. One thing that was always a constant was that the consumers still need the product. Its how you handle the need of the client in the changing market conditions that will see you succeed. You have to change with it. You cant wait for your sale. You have to constantly build your brand and business to stay busy in the slow times and just handle your time properly in the busy times!

My journey out of direct sales and into event and training has been an interesting one. I was a sales person only for 19 years by choice. I loved what i did! I loved all of my clients and was fairly successful with repeat and referral business. I noticed a shift in the professionalism in the last few years though. The lack of training and honesty in the industry was becoming very apparent. That is when I made my mind up to go into management and then ultimately into the training and events.

My goal is to help dealers morally and ethically accomplish the goals they have set to be successful. Training, desking, closing, special events or even a floor salesperson, I am confident we can work together to achieve the goal they have set out, while keeping the client satisfaction level very high!
