** looking for a shop and small amount of yard space **

Hello everyone! Just putting this out there in case any of my valued customers may know of anything.
Ideal arrangement would be a building with about 5000 square feet and about 1/2 acre of outside storage space.
The shop would obviously need to have 14' h X 12'w doors, with minimum 16 ceiling height.

I have been using mostly barns and outbuildings in the last 13 years and am more than happy to continue that route.
Please, ABSOLUTELY NO "triple net leases" and i do not require commercial/industrial property.

The building does not necessarily need to be insullated i or heated but i will need hydro. (I generally/hystorically average about 115 to 125 per month of hydro use). But am perfectly fine with having the shop metered seperately.

I am going to use the space for recreational vehicle renovations but there will be no retail traffic and no need for signs etc. The amount of in and out traffic will be very light (somewhere 10 to 20 visitors per week) with their presence on site not being more than half hour.

There will be 2 of us using the building. We both respect the property as if it were our own.
I would have a dumpster onsite to contain my garbage, and i am a recycler so i do not throw away lumber, carboard, scrap metal etc. Those items are neatly stored as well.

I am hopeful also, that the property owner will allow my occupying the property with my rv being used as my temporary/part time "home". (I have a lot invested into what I am doing and would prefer to be able to protect my investment, it just helps me sleep better at night if I can be close to my baby).
I do have several references upon request.

Well, its been some time since i have made any appearances on the page. Just want everyone to know that I am still around and still actively servicing and repairing rvs.

It is important for everyone to remember that this season (due to covid), the rv industry has experienced its busiest year ever. With that in mind, the very few of us that are out there, available to provide service, are swamped. It has not let up since the start of the year and with winter around the corner it doesnt seem to make any difference. Still very very busy.

I myself now face two setbacks in terms of getting to everyone. Of course first with the overwhelming amount of calls i get in a day, has its own amount of grief, and the fact that i am still recovering from my amputation surgery, it has made things somewhat difficult.
I myself am obviously limited in my physical capacities. (But with my determination i am still doing much of what i used to).but am still effected.
Fortunately, my assistant, Harry, is helping pick up the slack and getting to those things that i just cant do. He is a suitable extension of myself, and together we are accomplishing everything needing done.

I would like to let everyone know that at the moment, we are getting to everyone as quickly as we can, however, like everyone else in the industry, we are as long as a month out. We are doing the best we can so please be patient. We will get to you.
If it should be that you are unable to wait, there are a couple of other service providers out there (specifically Adventure RV, in chilliwack, and "far out RV" (Nik).
They too are overwhelmed and i understand they are in fact booking further out than 4 weeks. But giving them a call if i cant get to you soon enough, is worth the call i guess?
Anyway, those who are waiting, and have been waiting, please know we havent forgotten you. We will get to you. Thank all for your patience.

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of my customers (my loyal long time customers), and of course all of my newest customers as well, for all of your patience and understanding.
It has been a brutal year since i sustained this horrific injury. And as of the latest, the amputation related matter, has gone With somewhat complications and hang ups...
While I am a diehard rv specialist it will take more than an amputated leg to keep me from doing what I love to do, thus contributing to the slow progress of healing..
My helpers and apprentice' have been exceptionally supportive and doing a great job at helping me keep on top of all of the service.
Having been so unimaginably busy with so many calls and requests for service it has been very difficult to keep up. As many of you know, it generally takes me several days to get to the calls, and we are working on moving toward getting our service to you within only 1 or 2 days...

Just wanted to thank everyone for remaining loyal while I move forward with my life and recover from my injury. I will do my very best to continue to provide all of you with the most efficient and professional service that you have all come to have gotten used to, and will expect from me...

I thought first I ought to correct the previous post that was incomplete lol, and so having taken care of that...as i was about to say...
It has been a while since I have posted anything. As some of you may know I am recovering (still), from a very traumatic accident and subsequent surgeries and very long time healing.
I am suffering some complications fron the most recent surgery and therefor i am instructed by my surgeon and their team, to completely stop everything and REST until it is healed... it is unfortuantely now taking longer to heal as I had wanted to work, this complicating make my living and take care of my customers...
I wanted everyone to know that while i am recovering, i am still actually functioning and taking care of customers with my apprentice...
As such we will be doing our very best but I would also want my customers to be patient and understanding... we may be up to a week getting to you, but we will get there.

I certainly appreciate all of my customers and anyone who is joining us.
I am looking forward to my recovery and a steady full steam forward future.. thanks everyone !!

Wow what a brutal winter storm. I thought i should let everyone know that i am somewhat incompacitated for a few weeks while i recover from an injury. If anyone is in need of assistance i can send out my apprentice to help with your service needs... please shoot me a message if you need us.

Dont forget to inspect your sealants!!

With the 2019 rv season well underway, it is important to the structual integrity of your rv, to be sure your sealants are in good condition.
Water damage is very expensive and unnecessary repair!

I use the very best products that are available to the industry and ONLY rv approved products !! (Never use silicone on your rv!)

If your rv has not been sealed, give me a shout for a free estimate !
