Welcome back to FAQ Friday! 👋⚡🚽

Today, we're talking about something super important: power!

Each unit has its own specific power requirements, and every cord end needs its own dedicated circuit. In other words, plugging two cords into 2 different outlets doesn't necessarily mean you have two dedicated circuits. 😉

🔌15A/120V: two vertical blades + a ground
🔌 20A/120V: one vertical blade + one horizontal blade + a ground
⚡30A/240V: requires its own dedicated plug and circuit

Making sure you have the right power setup means your unit can run the way it's supposed to- no electrical surprises, please! 😅

Welcome back to Trailer Tuesday. This week we are showing off the Model 1003-Signature Series.

This unit is designed with the modern special event in mind. Featuring PVC baseboard, crown moulding and chair rail, along with modern 3M vinyl wall wrap in place of traditional wainscoting. Accent lighting, including mirror "halo" lights, upwash lighting and under-glow adds an impressive finishing touch. This trailer offers the same critical components as other TTF Trailers for seamless interoperability.

With a wide range of finishes and colour combinations to chose from, you can customize your trailer to create a modern, memorable experience designed specifically for your special events.

Welcome to FAQ Friday with your Portable Restroom Specialists!

We often receive calls from customers who think their trailer has a leak.

Every unit leaves our facility with the water heater drain valve in the open position. When this happens, you'll typically notice water draining from the fresh water tank PVC drain line as you pressurize your unit!

The fix:
✔ Locate the water heater drain valve
✔ Use a flathead screwdriver to turn the valve to the closed position
✔ This will stop the water from draining

If you're unsure where the valve is located, or have any other questions, contact our team and we'll be happy to help!
