Installation progress at Midwest Pipelines in Spruce Grove, AB 🛠

Our technicians are currently installing a new two-lane truck and heavy-equipment fleet wash system, including:
🔹 A demuck system with water reclaim, oscillating undercarriage wash systems, side spinners, and high-volume firehoses
🔹 NoviPro manual pressure washing equipment with high-pressure foamers and dual cannonball hose tracks.

More to come once the installation and commissioning are complete...

Our Service Team is used to going the extra mile, but for the past couple of weeks, Elias, one of our Service Technicians, has taken that quite literally. 🇮🇸

NoviClean has been in Reykjavik, Iceland, supporting the installation of a FENiX Takt and a Rainbow Ultima machine for a retail car, bus, and truck wash.

It’s a little outside our usual service area, but a great opportunity to put NoviClean’s installation expertise to work!

Featured Project: Castle Rock Enterprises Heavy-Duty Fleet Wash System

At Castle Rock Enterprises' new operations building in Whitehorse, Yukon, this wash system was built to handle the heavy mud, ice, and snow from operating a fleet on and off the road in northwestern Canada.

The system includes:
🔹 NoviPro heated pressure washers
🔹 High-volume manual firehoses
🔹 Undercarriage wash system
🔹 Water recycling

From wash design and manufacturing through installation, commissioning, and ongoing service, this project highlights NoviClean’s ability to support specialized vehicle wash systems across Western Canada and the Canadian North.

NoviClean recently completed work on the vehicle wash system at Parks Canada's new National Fire Equipment Cache facility in Banff, AB.

Built to effectively clean a diverse fleet, the wash bay features:
• Chassis wash
• High-volume manual wash equipment
• Heated pressure washer

The system gives operators the tools to regularly clean their vehicle fleet.

A new project is underway!

NoviClean has been awarded the contract to supply the Light Rail Vehicle wash system for the City of Calgary’s Green Line Calgary Maintenance and Storage Facility.

Designed specifically for Calgary’s LRV fleet, the drive-through wash system will provide:
🔹 Safe, straightforward operation and maintenance
🔹 Consistent, effective cleaning of the LRV fleet
🔹 Water reclamation to reduce overall water consumption at the facility

With completion anticipated in spring 2029, NoviClean will support the project through wash equipment supply, installation, and commissioning as construction of the Maintenance and Storage Facility progresses.

We’re excited to bring this specialized wash system to life right here in Calgary. Stay tuned as we share more from the project in the years ahead...

Between service calls, installations, and projects across Western Canada, the NoviClean team is rarely together in one place.

Last week, we took the opportunity to spend an afternoon at the driving range to catch up and enjoy some friendly competition ⛳

After much deliberation, we decided to stick with the vehicle wash equipment business instead of going pro. So, for now, you can continue to rely on NoviClean for your vehicle wash equipment needs.
