From an Idea to the Right Garage Door 🚪🏡

When our customer first reached out, they weren’t just looking for a new garage door. They wanted something that would actually fit the look of their home.

There were different styles, designs, and options to consider, so we took the time to go through everything together and help them find the right combination for their home.

After choosing a custom design, it was time for installation. And seeing the finished door in place was one of those moments where you can finally see the idea come to life.

Before the cold weather arrives, take a few minutes to check these simple things. Catching a small problem early can help prevent a much bigger headache when winter arrives.
🔧 1. Check the bottom brackets for rust
Look at the bottom corners on both sides of the garage door, where the cables connect to the door. Check for any signs of rust or corrosion.
⚖️ 2. Check if the door feels heavy
Only do this when the door is fully closed. Disconnect the opener and carefully lift the door manually. The door should be relatively easy to lift and should feel balanced. If it feels unusually heavy, don’t force it. The spring system may need attention.
🔊 3. Listen for unusual noises
Pay attention while the door goes up and down. Grinding, squeaking, popping, or other unusual noises can be an early sign that something needs attention.
🪢 4. Check the cables for fraying
Look at the cables from top to bottom. If you notice fraying, broken strands, or visible damage, it’s best to stop using the door and have it inspected.
🌀 5. Check the springs
