What part of your life has been quietly asking for change?

A relationship pattern? Your boundaries? The way you speak to yourself? Making time for what matters to you?

What do I want?
What’s keeping me from it?
What am I ready to leave behind?
Who am I becoming?

These questions are at the heart of The Next Chapter.

Over 10 weeks, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that shape our choices, practise boundaries, focus on what we can control, and build small habits that support the lives we want to create.

Each week includes conversation, guided exercises, journal reflections, and something to practise in everyday life—tools you can return to when another area of your life asks for change.

You can participate without having all the answers.

There’s more to my work than you may see here.

I’m Kathleen Haase, a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work, experience supporting children, youth and families, and a background in Montessori education and energy wellness.

At Harmonic Wellness Centre, I offer generalist, non-clinical social work: a place to talk through life’s pressures, identify areas of stress, notice patterns and reconnect with your strengths. I welcome the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parts of your experience, according to what matters to you.

We begin with a conversation. Together, we explore what support feels right.

Message me to ask about working together.

Have you become so used to asking what everyone else needs that you’ve stopped asking yourself?

Maybe you say yes when you want to say no.
Maybe familiar patterns leave you feeling drained.
Maybe life is changing, and you’re unsure what comes next.
Or maybe you simply miss feeling connected to yourself.

The Next Chapter offers a small, supportive circle where you can pause, get curious, and begin making room for your own needs and desires.

Ten weeks of reflection, connection, and practising a different way forward.

We begin October 14 at Harmonic Wellness Centre in Calgary.
Wednesdays, 6:00–7:15 pm.
Investment: $69/week for 10 weeks ($690 total).

Message me “NEXT CHAPTER” to learn more or register by October 10. 💜

You spend so much time showing up for everyone else. What would it feel like to make some space for you? 🤍

The Next Chapter is a 10-week women’s circle for women who want to reconnect with themselves, understand patterns that keep repeating, and begin making meaningful changes with support.

Through conversation, guided reflection, journalling, and small weekly practices, we’ll explore what you want, what’s getting in the way, and who you’re becoming.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, practising boundaries, or wondering “What do I want now?”, you’re warmly invited.
