Today I attended the Waterloo Region Electric Vehicle Association’s gathering in Cambridge. Lots of Tesla’s and Nissan Leafs. Most unusual was the 1949 Allis-Chalmers tractor conversion. And imagine, a 100% electric school bus!

Added Mercedes Benz 300 SLR number 104 to the collection. It won the 1955 Targa Floria in Sicily, 13 laps of the 44.64 mile Circuito delle Masonite Piccolo. Sterling Moss alternated with Peter Collins every 4 laps. That distance yielded about 10,000 curves! They finished over 30 minutes ahead of Juan Manuel Fangio driving number 112 300SLR!

Latest addition:
1955 Mercedes 300SLR as raced by Sir Sterling Moss in the Mille Miglia. The number 722 was his start time. This allowed spectators along the route to know who was passing who!
