The customer wisely opted for the Banks Power 'Monster Ram' intake kit that eliminates the heater grid nut, which falls into the engine and causes catastrophic failure. A customer called us after his buddy gave us a thumbs up - he was on a fishing trip, miles from home, in his trusty diesel Transit van when disaster struck and it went into that dreaded emissions-related 'derated power' mode. After some digging, we found the culprit: a broken wire to the D.E.F level sensor. Luckily, we fixed it in a jiffy and he was back to reeling in the big ones!

We've seen a surge in air conditioning repairs due to the recent hot and humid weather. One of our customers experienced A/C system failure after her line rubbed against the idler pulley. Our technician efficiently repaired the damage by cutting out the affected section and utilizing specialized tubing connectors. This approach eliminated the need for a full line assembly replacement, saving the customer time and expense.
