~ The Money Game is more of an internal engagement piece of work than it's just a book to be bought and read.

Among other things, it's supposed to take my team, readers, and I on a 12 months journey of internal examination of everything we know about money, it's management, growth, investment, and multiplication.

~ THE MONEY GAME: The 30 Things Your Parents Were Supposed to Have Taught You About Money — But Perhaps Didn’t.

•••|

It is a 30-chapter book, accompanied by 30 practical explainer videos — one for each chapter.

But we don't want this to end with a book.

=

For a start, we are building a community of at least 100 families and young wealth-builders across 100 cities in Africa who are willing to learn, practice, document and pass on better money-management and wealth-creation habits.

And the goal is simple:

•••|

To build a tribe of at least 100 families and young wealth-builders who, together, will build a minimum of ₦90 MILLION each in practical investments in the money market over the next 15 years.

•••|

The truth is, a significant number of us might be in a very different financial position today if, years before we earned our first ₦50,000, someone had genuinely guided us on what to do with money, how to manage it, how to invest it, and—perhaps most importantly—how to build the habits that make wealth sustainable.

THE MONEY GAME is our attempt to start that guidance earlier.

Not just to teach people how to make money.

But to help build people who know what to do with money once they have it—and how to pass that knowledge on to the next generation.

If you want, I can also make this more provocative and emotionally gripping, especially for a Facebook launch post.

•••|

Hopefully, we will be ready to launch by 1st of January, 2027 - My Birthday.

For the now, we're still building behind the scene.

~ Did you know? Even JESUS, at one point, had to BORROW?

Yes — not necessarily MONEY as we understand it today, but a resource that helped advance the work of His EARTHLY MINISTRY.

Interestingly, not that he actually needed the boats — He once walked on water, remember? So, rather than borrow Peter's boat, he could've just stood on the sea to speak to the crowd. But he didn't.

In other words, economically speaking, and among other things, it was actually JESUS somehow testing the economic strength of his Social Capital and demonstrating his REPUTATION as God.

~ One major aspect of parenting that we don’t talk about enough is the responsibility of parents to serve as their children’s first economic mentors, coaches, and guides—teaching them how to understand, manage, create, and grow wealth. But of course, we understand you cannot give what you don't have"

~ Have you noticed? POVERTY has no tribe, no religion, no gender, no age, and no skin colour. Neither does WEALTH. In other words, poverty and wealth have very little to do with tribe, gender, age, or skin colour.

And if that is true, then even among the Igbo—despite the tribe’s widely observed emphasis on entrepreneurship, mentoring, and wealth transfer—you will still find poor and financially struggling families.

So, what exactly does that tell you?

~ "A lot of Nigerian parents from other tribes have something to learn from the Igbo. The level of strategic wealth knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and intergenerational transfer within the tribe is worth studying."

"I just attended a wedding where an Igbo billionaire stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the very people he had helped raise, train, mentor, and empower—and spent at their level without envy or insecurity. Why? Because he didn’t just build wealth for himself. He built people who could build wealth too."

~ Truth? You can hold your ancestors accountable for the financial wisdom they failed to pass down—and still refuse to let their mistakes become your destiny. Holding them accountable isn’t disrespect. Repeating their failures and calling it fate is.

~ As a young adult, your poverty or abundance is, first, your parents’ fault before it becomes yours. Why should this interest you? Unless you’re going to be a Rev. Father or Sister, it’s only a matter of time — soon, the poverty or wealth of a large group of people on this earth (your children's children) is ultimately going to be your fault before it becomes theirs

~ You can argue all you want, but the truth is this: If more young men and women from poor and average-income homes had someone hold them by the hand and guided them through timeless, trans-generationally tested principles of wealth creation and money management, many wouldn’t be where they are financially today.

~ Economically speaking, rich or poor, where most people are today is, to some extent, a reflection of what their parents did—or failed to do. In other words, our financial realities often begin with the choices, knowledge, opportunities, and limitations we inherit from those who raised us.

Meaning, if you're broke as a young adult, it's first your parent's fault before it became yours.
